New month, new goals

I’ve been crap, I know that. I haven’t written in ages but I’m drawing a line under that and this new month, November, brings with it a determination to achieve certain goals.
Firstly, I am determined to write on my blog every day even if the only thing I have to say is ‘Hello’.

Secondly, I’m so going strong with my pilates and loving it so I’m kicking it up a notch. I have a whole new workout plan ready to go and I’m dying to get stuck in.

That’s it. It’s not crazy, it’s not impossible, it’s not even difficult. The key word for November is going to be consistency!
