Chocolate! Just the thought of has me breaking out in a cold sweat. Chocolate is my go to…… Well just for getting through a day really.
Now that sounds worse than it is. I’m not wolfing down gallons of chocolate on a daily basis, it’s not really possible as a celiac since, believe it or not, the amount of chocolate out there that doesn’t contain gluten is severely limited. However, there’s always a jar of chocolate spread in the cupboard the girls spread on their breakfast and with it being gluten free I’ve picked up the unfortunate habit of grabbing a spoonful every time I pass it.
So, now that I’m stepping up my exercise I think it’s time to address my chocolate addiction. I’m switching to dark chocolate and limiting myself to one square in the morning and one later in the day.
Oh god, I’m sweating already.
